RENTAL PRICES
All our rental prices include the following:-
• All prices quoted are for the villa and not per person.
• The prices are quoted as per your required dates, (minimum rate period is one week, unless you opt for short term stay - available on request).
• All Florida sales tax of 7% and hotel tax of 5%.
• One time cleaning prior to your check-in.
• Free local and long distance calls.
• Free use of wireless broadband internet access.
• Infants crib and high chair.
• Shower/commode Chair for the wheelchair bound disable person (if required).
• Water, electric, cable TV, air conditioning, clean bed linen, and towels.
• Free gas for the outside barbeque.
• Pool/Spa heating is an optional extra.
• All rental rates are guaranteed once booking has been confirmed.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply as follows:
| Advance booking (In excess of 40 weeks prior to check in date). |

Payment Terms
A 30% of the total discounted rental rate will be required at the time of booking. The final balance including the security deposit will be due as follows:
• Low season - 12 weeks prior to check-in
• Mid season - 15 weeks prior to check-in
• High season - 18 weeks prior to check-in
• Peak season - 21 weeks prior to check-in
A £280 (US$500) refundable security deposit will also be due to be paid with the final balance.
The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days once the management company have checked the Villa and confirmed that the inventory is intact and no damage has been done to the contents or the property.
