Prices
All prices quoted are for the
villa and not per person.
The prices quoted are per week, (minimum rate period is one
week), fully inclusive of water, electric, cable TV, air
conditioning, bed linen, towels and sales tax.
Prices for extra days (on top of the minimum one week
period) are quoted on request.
All rates are guaranteed until 31 December 2009.

Discounts
Low/Mid season- we offer 5%
discount for advance ‘early bird’ booking (in
excess of 70 days).
High season - we offer 5% discount for advance ‘early bird’ booking (in excess of 90 days).
Peak season - we offer 5% discount for advance ‘early bird’ booking (in excess of 120 days).
5% discount is offered on bookings of 2 weeks or longer (applies only to Low, Mid and High seasons).
Minimum of 1 week booking required for Thanksgiving week. Minimum of 2 weeks booking required for Easter and Christmas
/New Year period (+/- 4 days for check in dates).
Payment Terms
A 30% rental deposit per rental period will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 70
days prior to check-in date for Low/Mid season, 90 days prior to check-in date for High season, and 120 days prior to check-i date for Peak season.
A UK £280 (US$500) refundable security deposit will also be due to be paid with the final balance.
The security deposit will be refunded once the management company have checked the home and confirmed that no damage
has been done.
